While I definitely DO NOT claim to be any sort of authority on Skype, I very well might be their new biggest fan.
Skype is an internet calling service, allowing instant messaging, video calls and voice calls. The best part... it's FREE!
Now, they do offer calls to land lines and mobile phones (for a fee), but calls from Skype to Skype (via your computer or Smart Phone App) are F-R-E-E.
What a great way to offer customer service! Sure - chat boxes are cool, but you can only type in a few words. And you can only ask/answer as fast as you can type.
Why not give real, PERSONAL customer service by SPEAKING to your customers?
