I hope you had a WONDERFUL holiday! It was very busy here at VK Design Company and I've been SO BEHIND in posting my new creations...

...so in the spirit of Christmas, I have lots of great makeovers to show you wrapped in this neat little package!

Since Angela from The Art of Paper: 101 was able to stay glued to her email for a few hours, I was able to start, finish, and install her blog in ONE DAY! Not only did she get a new blog design, but she also ordered a new Etsy Banner, business card and rubber stamp design.

Angie Kennedy Juda (a very big deal in Stampin' Up!) contacted me wanting a complete OVERHAUL all across the internet. She has blogs upon blogs upon Twitter and YouTube pages upon blogs! To see her new look, start at My Chic'n Scratch and click around. There's SO MUCH to look at!

Elaine was looking to liven up her blog with a banner and a few extras. Since she loves cows, I created a custom cow for her designs. I call her Jingles the Cow (but Elaine can rename her anything she wants :o) With a minor tweak to the text, Elaine was able to get a new banner for her personal blog and SU!-only blog. Check out Jingles the Cow (and Elaine!) at Carpe Diem.

Taylor emailed me shortly before the holidays wanting to snatch up one of my pre-made designs. Check out The Quiet Moments to see which one she chose!

Courtney emailed me with a problem. She's launching a new stamp line on January 1st and the coworker that was supposed to install her new blog design (that Courtney created herself) wasn't able to do it in time. Courtney decided to order a few small features for her designs (Navigation Link Bar, Custom Search Box, Text Color Matching, and a Favicon). Then, all I had to do was install! Check out Courtney's blog (and the future home of Practicing Creativity Designs) here.

Can you believe that the above makeovers aren't even ALL of what I've done in the last few weeks?!?! There will be another blog revealed on January 1st and a HUGE reveal for a very special stamp company in January as well.

Jessica just LOVES the look of the caricature designs she seen around the web and wanted one of her very own. She told me that she ADORES Twilight and wanted that reflected in her blog.

So as not to scare any potential readers of Jessica's blog, I opted to not add fangs and bite marks to Jessica's caricature! Instead, I re-created a cartoon version of Twilight (the book) and stuck it in the girl's hand. For Jessica's buttons, she decided not to have the book in the girl's hand, so I put an apple there instead (paying homage to the apple on the cover of the book).

Be sure to see Certainly Stamping's new designs!

I made over Amanda's blog last year, but she was ready for a change. Now that her blog is geared more towards Moroccan food, language, and culture, she needed a design to reflect that.

Take a look at Maroc Mama and let me know what you think!

When Lynn emailed me for a new makeover, I took a look at her current blog to see what I was working with. It's there that I saw she's also from Michigan. When I asked her what area she lived in, I was so surprised that she's practically my neighbor! What a small world!

Lynn told me that she LOVES Mary Engelbreit and would like her new blog design to reflect that. In fact, Mary Engelbreit was the inspiration for Lynn's blog name, The Queen's Scene (since, as she puts it, Mary E. is the Queen of Everything!).

To make sure that I got it just right, Lynn sent me a hand-drawn sketch of what she envisioned her new banner to look like. She was so excited when she saw that I included everything she asked for on her new designs. After a few minor tweaks, we finalized her designs and we're both very happy with how it turned out.

So, go check out The Queen's Scene and let Lynn know what you think of her new blog! Of course, feel free to let me know what you think here, too!

This design is PERFECT for a blogger whose title has to do with "...in pajamas", "...from my bed", or something else that has to do with sleepy time!
